Use of ITShop rental services

By using ITShop Equipment Leasing, requesting a quote, submitting checkout details, or renting equipment, you agree to provide accurate contact, delivery, rental-purpose, and payment information.

ITShop may review each order before approval. Availability, delivery schedule, payment confirmation, document review, security deposit, and device suitability may be confirmed by admin before release.

Rental pricing and payment

Prices displayed on the website are rental estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Delivery fees, security deposits, damage fees, special configuration charges, and overdue fees may be reviewed separately where applicable.

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment, stock, rental dates, customer details, and any required documents have been reviewed and accepted.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for using rented equipment carefully, keeping it secure, and returning it on or before the agreed return date in the same working condition, subject to normal usage.

Loss, avoidable damage, late return, missing accessories, or unauthorised transfer of equipment may attract additional charges after inspection.

Returns, inspection, and order closure

Returned devices may be inspected before an order is fully closed. ITShop may record device condition, missing items, damage, overdue days, or final settlement notes before confirming closure.

Changes to these terms

ITShop may update these terms as the service grows. The latest version published on this page applies to website use and new rental requests.
